It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the unexpected and shocking passing of our beloved drama teacher: Marissa Elizabeth Blagrove.  Marissa was the director of our Youth Education Program here at The Song Spot. She was only 29 years old, and planned to get married next month. She worked on a plethora of shows here, for over 8 years. Her impact on each and every one of the students she taught was remarkable, and Marissa put so much heart into every interaction with every child, and every step put forward in directing a show. Her personality as bright as the sun made working with her an absolute pleasure and delight. She will be missed by every person she touched here at the music school. Her legacy will greatly live on here at The Song Spot, and we are so greatful we had the opportunity of working with her.
